Pilihan Diet Eat Clean dengan Restoran Paperfish TTDI @ Zomato

Bulan lepas Neeza berkesempatan untuk berkumpul bersama-sama dengan foodie influencer yang lain pada sesi Zomato Foodie Meet Up bertempat di Paperfish TTDI. Untuk pengetahuan semua, Zomato merupakan applikasi pencarian restoran untuk makan. Kalau bingung tak tahu nak makan apa dan di mana serta info restoran yang anda baru kenal, Zomatolah plihan terbaik!

Neeza memang pengguna apps ini sebab Neeza selalu discover nama restoran baru setiap kali bergosip atau travel ke lokasi event sebagai media blogger. Melalui applikasi ini kita boleh tahu harga makanan, konsep, suasana, sedap atau tidak melalui review-review dalam Zomato. Mudah, hehe. Pendek kata wajib install apps Zomato ini dalam handphone anda di Appstore dan Playstore. Lagi-lagi yang duduk sekitar Selangor dan Kuala Lumpur. 

Jadi kira penghargaan besar dijemput oleh pihak Zomato untuk sesi Zomato Foodie Meet Up di Paperfish TTDI ini. Sebenarnya ini merupakan jemputan kedua Neeza bersama Zomato, yang pertama di Enak KL, Bukit Bintang tahun lepas. CLIK SINI REVIEW ENAK KL

Yang rajin ikuti perkembangan Neeza di blog, Facebook, Instagram serta Twitter Neeza memang rajin diet kan. Bersesuaian dengan diet dan eat clean, memang Neeza tak teragak-agak untuk terima jemputan Zomato ke Paperfish TTDI. Lebih-lebih lagi dah ada MRT sekarang ini senang nak ke sana. Hahaha.

Restoran Paperfish ini merupakan restoran makanan segera atau fast food yang sihat di mana ia berkonsepkan Hawaian poke. Kalau sebut restoran fast food sihat mesti Subway je kan, lebih kuranglah gitu, jadi dah ada Paperfish ini, kita beralih lah pula kan. Siapa kata kalau nak diet ini pilihan kurang untuk eat clean?

Mesti anda pelik kenapa nama restoran ini Paperfish. Okay sebenarnya nama Paperfish dipilih kerana mereka ingin dikenali sebagai restoran dan tempat yang elegan, bersih dan simple, semua hidangan dalam 1 mangkuk sahaja di mana ia lebih dikenali sebagai Poke. Lebih kurang pokeman la. Kihkih. Menarik kan?

Mula-mula kami diberi sample untuk rasa oleh chef restoran Paperfish dan kemudian buat keputusan untuk pilih yang mana kami suka. Terdapat tiga pilihan protein disediakan di restoran Paperfish ini iaitu Salmon Poke, Tuna Poke dan Shrimp & Avo Pack. Untuk setiap satu hidangan protein ini terdapat tiga jenis pilihan yang disediakan di restoran Paperfish TTDI ini.

SALMON POKE (Umami Shoyu Salmon, Heat Wave,  Citrus San)

TUNA POKE (Cili Tuna, Umami Shoyu Tuna, Tropical Tuna)

SHRIMP & AVO PACK (Mango Salsa, Shrimp Civiche, Sea-salt shrimp)

Pilihan Neeza tentulah Salmon Poke - Heat Wave yang sememangnya suka pedas dan berkrim. Memang walaaaa~ ikutkan hati nak try tuna tapi Neeza ini memang pencinta Salmon. Pantang jumpa salmon. Huhu.

Bila menikmati hidangan ini ternyata memang sedap dan lazat. Yang penting ikan tak ada bau hanyir dan sayur sayuran segar. Ternyata restoran Paperfish ini jaga kualiti dan standard makanannya.

Kepada mereka yang tidak kurang menggemari hidangan yang raw macam Dee ini haaa, pilihan yang ada untuk anda ialah Shrimp & Avo Pack atau Vegetarian. Udang itu telah direbus. Jadi masih ada pilihan bila datang ke Restoran Paperfish TTDI ini.

Kemudian dah pilih hidangan protein yang anda nak, akan disertakan dengan hidangan superfood seperti salad, jagung, chiaseed, flaxseed, sunflower seed dan sebagainyalah. Memang penuh mangkuk! Serius puas hati, belum lagi dicampur dengan pilihan karbohidrat. Hehe.

Yang paling penting hidangan ini sihat, seimbang, bersih dan kenyang. Haaaaa, kenyang itu paling penting. Hehe. Siapa kata kurus kena berlapar kan?

Dari segi harga agak berpatutan untuk makanan sihat. Antara RM 15.90 hingga RM 17.90 sahaja. Green tea boleh refill berulang kali. Demi kesihatan yang berpanjangan kenalah labur sikit ye tak. Asyik complain mahal bila makan makanan kurang sihat berminyak dan kuantiti lebih sepatutnya memanglah murah lepas itu mulalah sakit itu sakit ini complain gemuk sebab tak jaga portion.

Iftar Buffet Enak KL @ Zomato

Hye alls,

Still thinking about where to eat or iftar? Do not want to western food? You want to try out the local Malaysian food? Look for an exclusive place for you and partner? Here is the place. Enak KL.

Last Wednesday, Alja (blogger cahayapermata.my) and I went to Enak KL restaurant to try out the iftar buffet there. I never expect that in the middle of Star Hill, there was a local food restaurant. Well, you know, Star Hill is known with many famous brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Sephora and many more.

Do you know that? It was really funny experience before I reached Enak KL because actually it is my first time in Star Hill. While Alja was not so really remembered the place, so both of us lost at first. Haha. We looked for Enak KL but suddenly we were in Sungai Wang and Lowyat. It is because of my misunderstanding of information and maps. Kihkih. Sorry yayang Alja. Heeee~

Enak KL is located in Star Hill Gallery which it is near to Pavilion. If you are using Monorel, just across the street and walk to the left side and go straight, you will see Farenheit 88. Star Hill Gallery is just beside the Farenheitt 88.

When we reached Enak KL, we really amazed and excited as it's unbelievable, as I mention earlier there is a Malaysian local food restaurant here as most of the restaurants provide western cuisine. The restaurant looks nice.Feel the Malay environment. From what I heard, the food stall is made and created from the chef. And I was like seriously? Clap hands for the chef because not only a good cook but creative at the same time.

What interesting about this restaurant is that most of the food that they serve are free from MSG. Yeayyy. Serious talk, when I tried out all the food, it nearly same with my mother's cooking, as my mom is not put MSG at all. For your information, the recipes are from the owner's ancient family and they are from Muar by the way. Yeayyy, Muar, same as mine, I can see that most of the food come from Johor such as laksa Johor, terung belado, rendang pandang, asam pedas, onde-onde and many more. That is why, when tried all of the food, my eyes nearly drop tears. I miss home and crave for hometown food as it is such a long time I am not coming back home. But luckily, Enak KL is there for me. Huhu.

In my personal opinion, seriously, all the food are really delicious and the service are really great! Really really really happy about it. Very satisfied to eat in Enak KL on that day. Thanks Enak KL. :) So readers, try out! :D
